TORONTO June 1, 2011 – Founding artists, The Barenaked Ladies, return to the serve!stock stage on June 15^th for another unforgettable performance in support of Serve! The Ladies will join Canadian musicians Royal Wood, Sarah Slean and Ash Koley to transform a private Forest Hill backyard into the rock & roll event of the summer.

“The Ladies are a key reason this event has gained such momentum and become a must-see event.  We are delighted they are once again lending their support to the young people of Toronto and we know it will be a memorable night for everyone” explains Catherine Davey, serve!stock co-chair.

Serve is delighted to announce that Steve Anthony of CP24 will now join Seamus O’Regan and Tara Spencer-Nairn as our hosts for the evening.

Not only are guests privy to a diverse line-up of entertainment in an eclectic backyard location, wine, cocktails and gourmet BBQ, but they are also invited to take part in a silent and live auction of rare wine, experiential trips and special celebrity memorabilia.

Previously announced serve!stock performers The Sheep Dogs have just made it into the top two for the Rolling Stone Choose the Cover contest. As a result, they are now required to appear in the US at several major promotional events and they are regrettably unable to perform at serve!stock. (Don’t forget to vote for them!)

TORONTO, May 4, 2011 – The first wave of performers for the 8^th annual serve!stock are in. On Wednesday June 15^th 2011 Juno nominated singer-songwriter Royal Wood and Rolling Stone magazine cover contest finalists The Sheepdogs will perform at one of Toronto’s most sought-out summer kickoff parties.

Hosted by Seamus O’Regan (CTV’s Canada AM) and the ever-charming Tara Spencer Nairn (Corner Gas, The Listener), this Canadian musical extravaganza supports Serve!, a non-profit organization that engages at-risk youth in experience-based education, and volunteering.

Tickets are now on sale at www.servestock.ca, with early-bird pricing in effect until June 1, 2011. Additional performers will be announced closer to the event date.

Saskatoon’s The Sheepdogs have a classic hard line seventies rock style and their live shows are renowned for injecting crowds with a dose of uncontrollable dancing.

Royal Wood’s outstanding ability to both write and sing pop songs about love, loss, and life will bring a touch of charming poignancy to the evening.

TORONTO, April 7,2011 – serve!stock is back. Now in its impressive 8^th year, one of Toronto’s most adored summer fundraisers –serve!stock – will take place on Wednesday June 15^th 2011 at a new private backyard location.

As always, serve!stock will welcome an exciting lineup of Canadian musical artists who will perform and jam at this highly coveted summer party.

Seamus O’Regan (CTV’s Canada AM) will return to host this Canadian musical extravaganza in support of Serve!, a non-profit organization that engages at-risk youth in experience-based education, and volunteering.
